Yesterday a bill was introduced in the NC House called the “Gun Safety Act”. This bill would basically take all of the progress we have made in castle laws and concealed carry and repeal them. It would also institute a 15rd magazine capacity limit, and some other things that are worded poorly.

Agreed. I don’t recognize the names of most of the sponsors, so I’ll have to introduce myself.
The sponsors of the bill are all Dems. Color me not surprised. But that also means it’s probably nothing more than a political gesture so they can say “they stood for gun control”. It will probably die a quick death in committee.
